This .338 Federal-chambered PSL rifle, based on an enlarged RPK, is issued to OKC Black Shield hit teams on a case by case basis. Generally used in urban environments when the targets are expected to have body armor, or when barrier penetration is a must. This particular example, named after Queen Rowan the Just (one of the few Cordian Monarchs remembered favorably by the people, and an O'Kanna herself, before marriage), is the personal weapon of John O'Kanna, one of the current generation of Clan O'Kanna warriors, and has seen action from the junges of Africana and Southeast Asia to the mountains of Costa Mejios and the deserts of the Middle East.

Well, it's got an AR-15 stock adapter and a MagPul STR stock, so you're not far off
It's actually a Yugoslavian M76 magazine.
Yup. Well, more specifically RPK with an extended ejection port and bolt carriers.
